Chester Daniel Wolfe Jr. age 92 of Pleasant Hill, Ohio passed away Monday, December 16, 2024. He was born November 1, 1932 to Chester Daniel Sr and Bertha {Manney} Wolfe in Dayton, Ohio. Chester is preceded in death by his parents, daughter; Rheta Wolfe Schaefer, son in law; Joseph Trick Jr. and siblings; Rheta Hillegas and George Wolfe. He is survived by his loving wife of 68 years; Gail {Oakes} Wolfe of Pleasant Hill, daughter; Karen Trick of Tipp City, grandsons; Jason (Bailey) Trick, Joseph (Kara) Trick III and great grandchildren; Ollie, Evann, Ayden, Winston and Audrina and sister Jeannette Nicholas.

Chester proudly served in the United States Coast Guard from 1950 until 1953. He then received his Bachelor's Degree from Lycoming College in Williamsport, PA. He was an extremely talented woodworker and completely renovated the home he and Gail shared. He loved hunting with his grandson, Jason. They travelled to Africa for a Safari expedition. Chester enjoyed fancy dinners and was a wine connoisseur. He was a very happy guy and a big Ohio State Buckeye fan. Chester was a member of the Pennsylvania Masonic Lodge and Scottish Rite.

A private funeral service will be held on Monday, December 23, 2024 at Frings and Bayliff Funeral Home, Tipp City.  Burial to follow at Forest Hills Cemetery, Tipp City. Online condolences may be expressed at www.fringsandbayliff.com.
