Spicer, Cheryl A. age 62 of Tipp City, Ohio died Saturday May 1, 2010 at the Troy Care and Rehabilitation Center after a 7 year battle with cancer. Born January 4, 1948 in Piqua, Ohio to William Ottis and Betty Marie (Dearth) Neighbors. Cheryl was retired from Evenflo Company in Piqua. She loved her husband, children, grandkids, brother, and sisters and their families and her special friends at Evenflo. She spent many happy hours in her home swimming pool. Preceded in death by her parents, and sister Karen Crabtree. Surviving Cheryl are her loving husband of 44 years Henry "Archie" Spicer; her daughter Cherry Spicer, Tipp City and son Chuck Spicer, Troy. Brother Jim and his wife Audrey Neighbors, Clinton, MO; sisters Kathy Lynn McClenney, Norfolk, VA and Connie Sue and husband Jay Kunzleman, Independence, KY. Four grandchildren Chris Winn, Stephen Winn, Ryan Winn, and Ashley Vayo. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm Wednesday May 5, 2010 at FRINGS AND BAYLIFF FUNERAL HOME, 327 West Main Street, Tipp City, OH 45371. Pastor Larry Willoughby officiating with burial in Miami Memorial Park, Covington, OH. Visitation 5 - 8 pm Tuesday at Frings and Bayliff. Contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society in memory of Cheryl.
