Smith, Charlotte Ann {Pickrell} age 78 of Indianapolis, IN; formerly of Tipp City, OH and Paris, TN passed away, Monday, February 27, 2017 at her home. Born June 16, 1938 in Elizabeth West Virginia to the late Charles and Leoda {Daugherty} Pickrell. She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Thomas E. Smith, brothers, Roger, Darrell, Ronald and John Pickrell and sister, Janet Pickrell. Charlotte is survived by daughters, Barbara (Terry) McHargue, Indianapolis, IN and Brenda Griffith, Cordova, TN along with brothers, Charles "Jack" (Deloris) Pickrell, Tipp City, OH, Phillip (Susan) Pickrell, West Milton, OH and sister, Sherra Imogene Ramey, Vandalia, OH as well as 5 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. Visitation will be held from 10:30 AM until time of funeral service at 12:00 PM on Saturday March 4, 2017 at FRINGS AND BAYLIFF FUNERAL HOME 327 W. Main St., Tipp City, OH. Burial to follow in Maple Hill Cemetery, Tipp City.
