Moorman, Charlotte Jean, age 86, passed away, Thursday, May 3, 2018 quietly at home with her family. Born February 15, 1932 in West Charleston, Miami County, Ohio to the late James and Lucille Hill. Jean is preceded in death by her husband, Robert J. Moorman, son-in-law Gary Dugas and step-daughter Jennifer L. Moorman. She is survived by her children, Scott Helke, Sioux City, Iowa, Mary (Andy) Kilpatrick, Tipp City, Ohio, Lizabeth Dugas, Tipp City, Ohio, Laura J. Moorman, Westerville, Ohio and her grandchildren, Nickolas, Kelsey, Kyle, Katie, Elek and great-grandson, Vincent.

Jean graduated from Tippecanoe High School in 1950 and was on the homecoming court. She attended Bowling Green University, was recruited by the FBI and worked in Washington D.C. She returned to Tipp City, married and raised a family. She was a Stephen ministry and a bereavement committee member at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church. For 30 years, she worked in Hospice of Miami County. Jean enjoyed her friends, quilting, reading, movies and genealogy. She loved all creatures great and small and supported many rescue organizations. Jean loved growing up in Bethel Township and Tipp City. She will be missed by her best friend Eileen Rousseau.

Mass of Christian Burial 10:30 AM on Friday, May 11, 2018 at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church 753 S. Hyatt St., Tipp City, OH 45371; Father R. Marc Sherlock, Celebrant.  Burial in West Charleston Cemetery, Bethel Township.  Visitation 9:30 AM until time of Mass on Friday at the church.  Arrangements have been entrusted to FRINGS AND BAYLIFF FUNERAL HOME, 327 W.
