Dargavell, Charlotte age 78 of Troy, OH passed away Monday, April 23, 2018.  Born February 19, 1940 in Frakes, Kentucky to Leslie and Rosa {Mason} Powers.  She is preceded in death by both parents, first husband, William M. Thacker, second husband, Frank Dargavell and two daughters, Patricia Heller and Cheryl Shroyer, brother, Verlin Powers, sisters, Della Hurst and Mary Maiden.  Charlotte is survived by her children, Brenda Snell, Tipp City, OH, Sharon Thacker, Troy, OH and William Thacker Jr. (Sherry Holl), Ludlow Falls, OH.  Also surviving are brothers R.L. Powers, J.B. Powers,  grandchildren; Joey Wilson, Adam Heller, Dustin Snell, Kristen Snell, Jasmine Thacker, great grandchildren; Austin, Tammer, and Isabella Wilson.

Charlotte was a member of Vandalia Christian Tabernacle and devout Christian.  She enjoyed gardening, and arranging flowers.  Charlotte always had a smile, loved her family, life and everyone she met.

Funeral, 4:00 PM, Saturday, April 28, 2018 at FRINGS AND BAYLIFF FUNERAL HOME, 327 W. Main St., Tipp City, OH 45371.  Visitation 2:00 to 4:00 PM prior to the service on Saturday at the funeral home.
