Swann, Charles Kenneth age 95 of New Carlisle, OH passed away Wednesday, December 4, 2019.  Born June 19, 1924 in Danridge, TN to Fird and Josie {Fain} Swann.  He is preceded in death by his parents, wife, Mary Frances {Hipsher} Swann in 2017, brothers; Ben, Paul and Ralph Swann, sister, Helen Herron and son in-law, Dennis Enfinger.  Charles is survived by his son, David and wife Debbie Swann, New Carlisle, OH, daughter, Catherine Swann-Enfinger, Converse, TX, sister, Elizabeth Brooks, Knoxville, TN, brother, Robert Earl Swann, Archdale, NC, grandsons, Brian (Kristi) Swann and Shawn (Lara) Harris and 6 great grandchildren.

Charles proudly served his country in the United States Army during WWII and had worked as a pressman for Premier Rubber Co. in Dayton, OH.  He was a member of the First Baptist Church, New Carlisle, OH.  Charles enjoyed gardening, working outside, fishing, and church softball and was a huge Tennessee Volunteer fan.  He loved spending time with his friends and family, especially his grandchildren and great grandchildren.
