Garland, Charles V. age 87 of Tipp City, Ohio passed away on Monday, October 18, 2021 in Dayton, Ohio.  Born September 4, 1934 in Bryson, Tennessee to the late Russell H. and Della J. {Hamlett} Garland.  Along with his parents he is preceded in death by his wife, Kay Imo {Clase} Garland in 2013, brothers, Clayton, Archie, Patrick and Warren Garland. Charles is survived by his brother,  Jerry Garland and sister, Sharon Itzkowitz,  children, Charles (Christine) Garland Jr., Huber Heights, Ohio, Tim Garland, Tipp City, Ohio and Marla (Joel) Robins,  Macedonia, Ohio, grandchildren, Michael (Christina) Garland, Melinda (Steve) Griffin, great grandchildren, Brighton, Deacon and Destiny.

Charles proudly served his country in the United States Army.  He worked as a machine repair electrician for Monarch Marketing and Pitney Bowes.  Charles was a member and past Master of the Masonic Lodge, Tipp City.
