Cooke, Charles E. Jr. age 76 of Brookville, Ohio, passed away Friday December 13, 2019. Born September 5, 1943 in Troy, Ohio to the late Charles E. and Ruth A. {Rudisill} Cooke Sr. He is survived by his wife Karen Sue {Massie} Cooke, children, Charles (Candi) Cooke, Lewisburg, Ohio, Paul L. Cooke, Verona, Ohio and Kathleen L. (Matt) Powell, West Alexandria, Ohio. Also surviving are his brother, John Cooke, Bowling Green, Ohio, sister, Karen Bowman, N. Augusta, South Carolina and 4 grandchildren, Kelli Cooke, June Cooke, Emma Cooke and Alice Powell.

He proudly served his country as a Captain in the United States Army, was a retired mechanical engineer and farmer. Charles helped install Waste Water Treatment Facilities around the United States. He loved farming, hunting and fishing.

A celebration of life will be held 4:00 PM, Saturday December 21, 2019 at FRINGS AND BAYLIFF FUNERAL HOME, 327 W. Main St., Tipp City, Ohio 45371. Visitation 2:00 PM until time of service at 4:00 PM. A private burial in Maple Hill Cemetery will be held at a later date.
