Brockert, Carolyn {Sower} , age 74 of Tipp City passed away Monday January 4, 2010 at Hospice of Dayton. Born September 17, 1935 in Dayton, Ohio to John Walter and Theresa {Kienhue} Sower. Preceded in death by her parents, her husband; Richard "Dick" Brockert in 2003, siblings; Helen Kyle, Alice Borkenhagen, Virginia Morgan and Walter Sower. Survived by her daughters; Loren Brockert, Kettering, Ohio, Deanna and husband David Rockwell, St. Paris, Ohio, 2 grandchildren; Alex Rockwell and Cassandra Stacy, and 2 Great-grandchildren; Chris and Nikki Stacy. Carolyn was a loyal member of the Zion Lutheran Church, Tipp City. Funeral service 2 PM Friday January 8th at Zion Lutheran Church, corner of Main and N. Third St. Visitation 5 to 8 PM Thursday January 7th at the church. Arrangements entrusted to FRINGS AND BAYLIFF FUNERAL HOME 327 W. Main St. Tipp City, Ohio 45371.
