Cook, Carole Anne age 83 of Tipp City, OH passed away April 23, 2020. Born January 13, 1937 in Frederick, OH to the late Floyd and Helen {Davis} Hartley. She is survived by her daughter; Debra Banko (Joel Nader), Las Vegas, NV, son; Tom Cook, Troy, OH, sister; Joyce (Donald) Patrick, Pasadena, CA, Dalen Doyle, Washington, Annett Lambdon, Vandalia, OH, 2 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
Carole enjoyed planting flowers, attending church, watching movies and spending time with her family.
Graveside memorial service 11:00 AM, May 21, 2021 at Maple Hill Cemetery, Tipp City. Arrangements by Frings and Bayliff Funeral Home, Tipp City.
