Baudendistel, Carol Loreen age 69 of Tipp City, Ohio passed away Wednesday, April 2, 2025. She was born August 28, 1955 in Batavia, Ohio to Lorin (deceased) and Ruth Streine (Young) Baudendistel. Carol is survived by her loving partner of nearly 28 years Jerry Kozuh, sisters: Diane Young Hughes, Deborah Baudendistel Daugherty, Beverly Young Harr, brothers: Lamont Baudendistel, David Young, Steve Young , Bruce Baudendistel and 14 nieces and nephews and countless grandnieces and grandnephews.

Carol was raised in Bethel, OH until the age of 12 when the family moved to Belleair Bluffs, FL.  She graduated from Largo High School in 1973. Carol loved spending time with her two cats, Kira and Callie, often taking them on walks on the farm where she and Jerry lived. When Carol joined Jerry in hosting their annual fall hayrides, she embraced the tradition and brought it to life with her love of Halloween. The gatherings transformed as Carol introduced festive decorations that grew more elaborate each year, creating a cherished experience for family and friends. She was a member of the Tipp City VFW and Tipp City Eagles.

A visitation will be held Thursday, April 10, 2025 from 4:00 PM until 6:00 PM at FRINGS AND BAYLIFF FUNERAL HOME , 327 W. Main St., Tipp City, Ohio 45371. Funeral service will be held Friday, April 11, 2025 at 1:00PM at the funeral home. Carol will be laid to rest at Maple Hill Cemetery, Tipp City. A celebration of Carol's life will continue directly after the burial at the Tipp City Eagles, 202 E. Main St., Tipp City, Ohio 45371.
