Jenkins, Carla Sue age 63 of Tipp City, OH passed away unexpectedly at her home on Sunday, March 15, 2020. Born March 1, 1957 in Dayton, OH to the late Charles and Virginia {Moore} Rowe. She is survived by her husband of 25 years, Robert L. Jenkins, daughter, Tammy Rowe (Bradley Sprague), West Milton, OH, son, Joshua Rowe, Tipp City, OH, brother, William (Pam) Rowe, Dayton, OH, sister, Lena Hoskins, Kentucky, 3 grandchildren, Brittany Ramey, Christopher Ramey Jr. & Kyle Ramey.
Carla was a graduate of Kiser High School, Dayton, OH. She enjoyed playing video games and dearly loved her family and her grandchildren.
