Furlong, Candice Lynn age 36 of Troy, Ohio passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, October 22, 2026. She was born December 2, 1989 in Springfield, Ohio. Candice is preceded in death by her in laws Michael and Kathy Furlong, grandparents Roy and Mary Baker, Grace and William Osman and cousins Nickolas Baker, Nikki Clark and Preston Milton. She is survived by her husband Kenneth “Ken” Furlong Jr., children Zack and Kelsey Furlong, parents James and Tina Perkins, birth parents Terry Osman and Carol (Darren) Salyer. Also surviving are siblings Elizabeth {Baker} and Marcus Morrow, Deborah {Newton} and Joshua Chapleski, Bridgette Foster, Skye Brown, Cole Perkins, Jim Perkins and MacKenzie Perkins, nieces and nephews Emily, Rachel, John, Zooey, Hannah, Lilanea and Hayes, who lovingly referred to her as “Aunt Sissy”.

Candice found joy in the simple beauty of life. She loved spending time in nature, bird watching, and taking long drives. Some of her fondest memories were made on trips to Kentucky, just as she and her grandpa used to enjoy together. These special moments and traditions held a dear place in her heart.

Above all else, Candice’s greatest joy and most important role in life was being a mom to her precious Zack and Kelsey. She took pride in being an excellent mother. Her love, cherished memories, and the special moments shared with those closest to her will forever remain in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
