Conley, Buell C. age 93 of Troy, Ohio passed away Thursday October 10, 2024. He was born January 15, 1931 in Paintsville, Kentucky to Brooks and Lura {Meade} Conley. Buell is preceded in death by his parents, wife; Phyllis Conley and siblings; Roy Conley and Cona Conley. He is survived by his son; Phillip (Mary) Conley of Tipp City and grandchildren; Laura (James) and Phil and great grandchildren; Mikayla and Leia.

Buell proudly served our country in the United States Marines Corps for two years and was stationed at Camp Le Juene. He enjoyed collecting antiques and loved spending time with his family. Buell will be missed by all who knew and loved him.

A graveside service will be held at 1:00 PM Thursday October 24, 2024 at Ferguson Cemetery, West Liberty, Kentucky. Arrangements have been entrusted to Frings and Bayliff Funeral Home, Tipp City. Online condolences may be expressed at www.fringsandbayliff.com.
