Parks, Buddy, age 89 of Tipp City, Ohio, passed away Wednesday May 12, 2021. Born September 21, 1931 in Campton, Kentucky to Raymond and Juliann {Bryant} Parks. He is preceded in death by 10 siblings. Buddy is survived by his loving wife of 69 years, Edna {Williford} Parks, son; Tom (Edith) Parks, brothers and sisters; Clarence (Pat) Parks, Gary Parks, Rexene (Cluey) Walling and Doris Martin.

He was a member of Christian Chapel Church, Tipp City. Buddy loved woodworking and gardening but what he enjoyed the most was retirement.

Visitation will be held 10 AM until time of service at 11 AM, Saturday May 15, 2021 at FRINGS AND BAYLIFF FUNERAL HOME, 327 W. Main St., Tipp City, Ohio 45371. Pastor Steve Wilson officiating. Burial to follow in Maple Hill Cemetery, Tipp City. Contributions may be made in loving memory of Buddy to Ohio's Hospice of Miami County.
