William "Billy" Sheppard died April 16, 2010. Born March 6, 1986 in Dunedin, FL to William M and Diane {Moss} Sheppard. Preceded in death by his father in 2003. Surviving are his mother, sister Misti Mosley, West Milton, brother Matthew Mosley, Vandalia, Ohio. Billy was a student at Sinclair Community College. A gathering of family and friends will be held 5 to 8 PM on Wednesday May 5, 2010 at FRINGS AND BAYLIFF FUNERAL HOME 327 W. Main St. Tipp City, Ohio 45371. Billie's funeral expenses are not completely paid and any generousity would be greatly appreciated. Donations can be made directly to the funeral home.
