Billie Sue Smith age 68 of Tipp City, Ohio passed away Saturday, June 7, 2025. She was born May 26, 1957 in Troy, Ohio to William H. and Vivian J. {Kidder} Smith. Billie is preceded in death by her parents and infant brother; Joseph A. Smith. She is survived by her brothers; Russell A. Smith of West Port, Connecticut and William A. "Pete" Smith of Sidney, Ohio.

Billie was a lifelong resident of Tipp City. She liked bowling at Tipp Lanes when she was younger, going to the Tipp City Eagles, photography, and loved all things arts and crafts. Billie was a spiritualist. She loved spending time with her family, especially her nieces and nephews.

A visitation will be held on Friday, June 13, 2025 from 11:00-12:00 PM at FRINGS AND BAYLIFF FUNERAL HOME, 327 W. Main St., Tipp City, Ohio 45371, with burial to follow directly after at Maple Hill Cemetery, Tipp City, Ohio. Online condolences may be expressed at www.fringsandbayliff.com.
