Downing, Billie Lee age 80 of Dayton, Ohio passed away Wednesday January 31, 2024. He was born August 21, 1943 in Russelville, Kentucky to Edward and Ethel {Hunt} Downing. Billie is preceded in death by his parents and brother; Ronald Downing. He is survived by his sons; Joseph (Ileana Del Campo-Gray) Downing and Scott Downing all of Dayton, Ohio. Also surviving are grandchildren; Marcos Gray, Zoey Gray, Audrey Gray and Asche Fields.
