Wagner, William O. "Bill", age 87 of Tipp City, Ohio died Monday July 19, 2010 in Ft. Thomas, Kentucky. Born March 30, 1923 in Sidney, Ohio to Paul Peter and Laura Otellia {Klink} Wagner. Preceded in death by his parents, his wife; Jane R. {Leckey} Wagner in 2009, brothers; Jerry and Joe Wagner and sister; Melba Statman. Survived by his children; Melanie and her husband David Braukman, Villa Hills, KY, Michael W. Wagner, Lockland, OH, and Margaret M. and her husband Donald Brewer, Kettering, OH, brother; Robert and his wife Mary Wagner, Lima, OH, sister in-law; Sally Wagner, Lake Laromie, OH, four grandchildren; Tanya (David) Haas, Carmel, IN, David (Sarah) Braukman Jr., Woodlawn, KY, David A. Brown, Kettering, OH and April (Robert) Shellenberger, Kettering, OH and 8 great grandchildren. Bill served in the Army during WW II, and owned and operated his local barber shop in Tipp City for over 50 years. He was a CCD program director, choir director, lector and distributor at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church where he was a member. He was also a member of the Knights of Columbus in Tipp City, Chairman of the Miami County Democratic Party, Right to Life, American Legion, Jaycees, and S. P. E. B. S. Q. S. A. of Miami Valley. Mass of Christian burial 2 pm on Thursday July 22, 2010 at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, S. Hyatt St. Tipp City, burial to follow at St. John's Cemetery, Father R. Marc Sherlock, Celebrant.
