Big John Roberts, of Tipp City, Ohio, passed away suddenly in his home the night of Wednesday December 21, 2016. Born in Akron, OH, June 16th 1959 to the late John and Shirley Roberts.

Big John was a staple to the Tipp City Community. He was a Scoutmaster for Troop 395, coached multiple little league baseball teams, and was the Sourthern Ohio Correctional Facilty Advisory Council Chairman for Kiaros prison ministries. Big John's truest passion was the youth. He used patience and humor to sculpt the minds and souls of young men and women in our community. His smile and jovial attitude was infectious to whomever he spoke.

Big John was a loyal employee for American Honda in Troy, OH for over 31 years.

Big John is survived by his wife, Sue; his two sons John (28) and Jake (27); his four siblings Nicola, Marimargaret, Daniel, Tia and sister-in-law Regina. Big John was preceded in death by his brother Michael.

Calling hours for Big John will be held from 5-8PM Tuesday December 27th and Memorial Service at 2PM Wednesday December 28th, both at the Tipp City United Methodist Church. Donations can be made to Boy Scout Troop 395.
