Sowers, Barbara Jean age 79 of West Milton, Ohio passed away Wednesday, February 23, 2022 at Stonespring of Vandalia. Barbara was born in Dayton, Ohio on November 15, 1942 to the late Robert and Donna {Wood} Morgan. She is preceded in death by her parents, and daughters; Julia Ann Sowers in 1984 and Jennifer Rossland in 2008. She is survived by husband, Jerry Eugene Sowers and twin sons; Mark E. (Laura) Sowers of Vandalia, Ohio and Michael E. (Patricia) Sowers of West Milton, Ohio, five grandchildren, Jacob (Kate) Sowers, Olivia Sowers, Jesse (Traci) Ratcliff,  Laura Rossland and Justin Sowers and two great grandchildren, Colton  and Peyton.

Barbara enjoyed flowers inside and outside of her house, collecting James Dean memorabilia and loved Elvis Presley but what she loved more than anything was her family.

A visitation will be held on Saturday, March 5, 2022 from 11:30-12:30 PM at Frings and Bayliff Funeral Home, 327 W. Main St., Tipp City, Ohio 45371 with funeral service at 12:30 PM. Pastor Bonita Ritchie officiating. Burial to follow at Maple Hill Cemetery, Tipp City.
