Grimes, Barbara "Mimi" age 70 of Tipp City, OH passed away on Saturday, July 15, 2017 at Hospice of Dayton. Born March 20, 1947 in Hillsboro, OH to Vernon and Virginia {Gambrell} Morrow. She is preceded in death by her parents, and 2 half-brothers, Harold and Edward Morrow. She is survived by her loving husband of 49 years, John Grimes, daughters, Amanda and husband Nick Dahmen, Bradford, OH and Heather and husband Lee Fetty, Beavercreek, OH. Also surviving are sister Jean (Keith) Bullen, Yellow Springs, OH, brother, James (Helen) Morrow, Dayton, OH, sisters Cheryl (Garry) Peterson, Tipp City, OH, Karen (Kevin) Collins, Lakeview, OH, Janice (Sam) Walls, Fairborn, OH and Kimberly Peterson, Xenia, OH, 6 grandchildren, Jordan Trump, Andrew (Whitney) Trump, Tara Trump, Kaylee Trump, Ashton Small and Braylen Fetty and 3 great grandchildren. Barbara earned her associates degree at Edison State and worked as an accountant for Faurecia in Troy, OH until retiring in 2011 to care for her grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at Noon on Thursday, July 20, 2017 at FRINGS AND BAYLIFF FUNERAL HOME, 327 W. Main St., Tipp City, OH 45371; Pastor Bonita Ritchie officiating. Burial will follow in Maple Hill Cemetery, Tipp City. Visitation will be held from 10:00AM until time of service at Noon at the funeral home.
