Bailey, Barbara Ann 59 of Tipp City passed away at her home on Tuesday November 8, 2011. Born March 23, 1952 in Christenburg, Virginia to Alvis and Nellie Helen {Roop} Keen. Preceded in death by her father; Alvis and father in-law Harold Bailey. Survived by her mother; Nellie Keen, Tipp City, her husband of 41 years, Daniel Lee Bailey, daughters; Catherine A. Smith, Tipp City, and Angela M. Bailey, Deerpark, Ohio, brothers; Alan (Jackie) Keen, Tipp City, Mike Keen, Lewisburg, OH, sisters; Mary Hobbs, Tipp City, Trudy (Ray) Anthony, Piqua, mother in-law; Anna Mary Bailey, Tipp City, sister in-law, Deborah Bailey, Vandalia and granddaughter, Taylor Smith. Barbara was a 1971 graduate of Tippecanoe High School, former member of Calvary Church, Tipp City and loved spending time with her granddaughter. Funeral Service at Noon on Saturday November 12, 2011 at FRINGS AND BAYLIFF FUNERAL HOME 327 W. Main St. Tipp City, Ohio 45371 with Pastor Gary Boggs officiating, burial to follow in Maple Hill Cemetery, Tipp City. Visitation 10 AM to Noon on Saturday prior to service.
