Browning Mary Ellen "Babe" 92 of Troy, Ohio passed away Sunday, March 10, 2013 at Troy Care and Rehabilitation Center. She was born December 11, 1920 in Alcony, Miami County, Ohio to the late Ernest Hufford and Goldie Derr-Hufford-Cavanaugh. She is also preceded in death by her husband, Earl F. Browning in 1980, daughters; Diana North Cheney, Terri Gray, sons; Fred Browning, Scott Browning, sisters; Erdine Foutz, Norma Jean Ravencraft, brother; Eugene Cavanaugh, step-brother; Robert Cavanaugh, step-father; Alfred Cavanaugh, grandsons; Troy Browning and Steven Craig North. She is survived by her son; Michael and his wife Suzanne Browning, Couer d'Alene, ID and James and his wife Jeanette Browning, Schaumburg, IL, son in-law; Otto Gray, Troy, OH, sisters; Wanda Mae Ginter, Dayton, OH and Ramona F. Dixon, Troy, OH along with 12 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren. "Babe" was a member of the Free Will Baptist Church, and Grandmother's Club both in Troy. Funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM on Thursday, March 14, 2013 at FRINGS AND BAYLIFF FUNERAL HOME, 327 W. Main St., Tipp City, Ohio 45371 with Reverend Ray Horton officiating, burial to follow in Riverside Cemetery, Troy, Ohio. Visitatation 1:00 PM Thursday until time of service at the funeral home. Contributions may be made in "Babe's" memory to Acclaim Hospice, Dayton, OH, American Lung Association or the Kidney Foundation.
