Scammahorn, Audrey Ann age 88 of Troy, Ohio passed away Saturday, December 7, 2024. She was born January 23, 1936 to the late Frank and Helen {Dahlk} Herz in Dane County, Wisconsin. Audrey is survived by her loving husband of 68 years, James Stanley Scammahorn, children; Jill (Steve) Catron of Tipp City and Karen (Jim) McGillivray of Waynesville, Ohio, siblings; Bruce (Nancy) Herz of Temple Terrace, Florida and Bob (Carolyn) Herz of Allen, Texas. Also surviving are grandchildren; Rachel (Shawn) Dunn, Megan (Chad) Lowe, Nicholas (Faith) McGillivray, Matthew (Cheyenne) Catron, Nathan (Meghan) McGillivray and Noah McGillivray, thirteen great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.

Audrey was a 1954 graduate of Milton Union High School and a member of the First United Methodist Church in Troy. She married the love of her life on April 14, 1956. Audrey had worked as an Administrative Assistant at BFGoodrich, Troy and retired in 1997 after 25 years of service. She liked flowers and gardening. Audrey enjoyed camping, traveling to see lighthouse and taking bus tours with her husband. She was a big Wisconsin Badgers fan. Her family was very important to her and she loved spending time with them, especially going to the grandkids sporting events.

A visitation will be held at 10:30 AM until time of service at Noon on Thursday, December 12, 2024 at FRINGS AND BAYLIFF FUNERAL HOME, 327 W. Main St. Tipp City, Ohio 45371. Burial to follow at Maple Hill Cemetery, Tipp City. Online condolences may be expressed at www.fringsandbayliff.com.
