Evans, Arthur William "Art" age 72 of Troy, Ohio passed away Thursday, December 19, 2024. He was born May 12, 1952 to Wiliam and Alma {Wieser} Evans in Reading, Pennsylvania. Art is preceded in death by his parents, son; Brian Evans and siblings; Kass, John and George Evans. He is survived by his loving wife, Mary {Montague} Evans of Troy, Ohio, children; Bridget Ayala of Columbia, South Carolina, Tom (Stacey) Hoenie of Tipp City, Ohio,  Christina Knittle of Fort Wayne, Indiana,  Melinda Hoenie of Vandalia, Ohio, and Eddie (Alicia) Hoenie of Dayton, Ohio. Also surviving are twelve grandchildren and brother; Lear Smith of Shamockin Dam, Pennsylvania.

Art received his Bachelors' Degree from East Stroudsburg University in Pennsylvania. He enjoyed to travel and going to concerts to listen to live music. He was a huge fan of the Philadelphia Eagles and The Phillies. In the past, he used to enjoy running half marathons. Art loved his job as the Senior Architect for Protective Life with a passion. He was a very kind hearted and giving man that will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
