Ann Elizabeth Lehman, 69, of Tipp City, Ohio, passed away peacefully at her home on Thursday, September 3rd, 2026. She was a mother, grandmother, partner and friend. Her presence will be deeply missed.

Ann was born at Stouder Memorial Hospital in Troy, Ohio on Saint Patrick’s Day 1957 to Russel and Alice Lehman. She graduated from Tippecanoe High School in 1975 and worked and lived in the Tipp City area until her passing. While working at the town Florist and Family Business (Tipp Florist), she touched many lives. She was very proud of the Lehman family, her Irish Heritage and enjoyed being a part of the Tipp City community. She never knew a stranger and would do whatever she could to help. Ann lived a quiet life and loved people, holidays, music, and of course her coffee and cigarettes.

She was preceded in death by her parents Russel and Alice Lehman, her three sisters Nancy, Barb, and Karolyn, and her brother William.

She is survived by her three children, Benjamin Welty and spouse Crystal Welty of Saint Paris, Ohio, Mary Beth Welty of Vancouver, British Columbia, and Abigail {Welty} Krause and spouse John Krause of West Salem, Wisconsin, and three grandchildren Madison Welty, and Eleanor and Jack Krause.

The visitation will be held on Thursday, September 10, 2026 from 12:00-2:00 PM at Frings and Bayliff Funeral Home, 327 W. Main St., Tipp City, Ohio 45371 with a short funeral service beginning at 2:00 PM. The burial will be held at St. John’s Catholic Cemetery, Tipp City following the funeral service.
