Shock, Pauline A., age 90, of Tipp City, passed away Monday May 13, 2019. Born November 3, 1928 in Dayton, Ohio to Paul L. and Emma B. {Guadke} Dobeliet. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband Roy Shock, daughter Vickie L. Woodrum and sister, Norma Jean McKeen. Pauline is survived by her son David (Mary) Shock, granddaughter, Andrea (Peter Sims) Shock and 3 great grandchildren; Daunte, Kaeden and Maison.
Pauline lived in Ft. Myers, Florida for several years and had lived in Marblehead and Put-In-Bay as well. After moving back to Ohio she settled in the SpringMeade carriage house community. Pauline enjoyed teaching ceramics to the other residents and sharing her pieces with family and friends. While spending time at the family home in Put-In-Bay Pauline discovered the Heineman’s Winery and some of her favorite wine. Each afternoon at 4 PM she hosted “Happy Hour” with her family and friends where they enjoyed, wine, cheese, fruit and fellowship. This special time will be missed.
